There are three types of memberships to select from, based on the number of deals handled, for a fixed annual membership fee and no hidden costs and no fee-sharing!
M&A World also offers Partnership for M&A Professionals, who would like to close transactions in close cooperation with M&A World, as a subcontractor. Partners have the flexibility to determine their role and task on each engagement based on their expertise and interests. M&A World offers an effective fee-sharing system, based on the undertaken roles and tasks, recorded it into M&A World Project Management Platform. Main roles are lead provider, local partner, team manager, investor provider and due diligence coordinator.
Silver Membership
M&A World recommends SILVER Membership for investors, private sellers, small M&A Boutiques and business brokers, who can handle up to 5 projects in a year with maximum 1 concurrent user.
Gold Membership
M&A World recommends GOLD Membership for mid-sized sellers and investors, like VC, PE funds, industrial and financial, private and public users and M&A advisory firms, who can handle up to 20 projects in a year with maximum 2 concurrent users.
Diamond Membership
M&A World recommends DIAMOND Membership for internationally recognized sellers, large investor groups and well-known multinational corporate finance advisory companies, who can handle up to 100 projects in a year with maximum 5 concurrent users.
Partnership
M&A World values its Partner’s work. The aim is to build long term successful cooperation. Partners have the flexibility to determine their roles and tasks on each engagement based on their expertise and interests, recorded it into M&A World Project Management Platform. Fee-sharing is based on the undertaken roles and tasks.
