M&A world partnership

Strategic Partnership involves close cooperation with M&A World. Partners are subcontractors and receive a fair fee share from all fees (success fees and fees from sold services) generated from common clients.

Our partners are typically lawyers, tax advisors, business intermediaries, auditors, business brokers, financial advisors, and M&A advisory firms.

M&A World’s success is based on our unique business strategy, focusing on sell-side transactions, operating on a success-fee basis with no-exclusivity. Partners act as subcontractors under the Partnership Agreement. Partners receive a fair share of all fees based on the undertaken tasks and roles in each project. Thanks to additional services, provided by M&A World Support Center, Partners can cover their costs related to any of their projects.

M&A World provides country and industrial specific leads, identifies the right investors for each project, and supports the entire process. From the Strategic Partner as Local Advisor, we require project management with personal presence in the Preparation and Matchmaking phases continuing and expending its roles and tasks with the opportunity to become a Due Diligence Coordinator with mediator tasks in the Due Diligence and Closing phases of each project. Additionally, the Strategic Partner can act as a Lead Provider, finding leads and / or an Investor Provider, finding the final investor. Team Manager supports the Local Advisor, the Support Center Team makes all the Backoffice work.
